Since missing out on the Collector's Edition while posting about it, I've been hunting the Steelbook Edition. Also sold out just about everywhere, this is the first available stock I've come across. Also happens to be a little cheaper than the rest.

This is the R3 Asian version. Which means possibly some Chinese text on the cover. The game itself should be selectable between English and Chinese.

1490 + 297 shipping (Taiwanese dollars) equals approx AU$65.

You can choose one of the following bonuses:
a) Last of Us tshirt, or
b) Sights and Sounds DLC and Survial DLC

PChome is a large and reputable retailer in Taiwan.
The website is like a maze and horrible to navigate. It will make you angry.

However this changes the currency to USD. Ordering in TWD works out a little cheaper.

They also have a good selection of Ducky keyboards. Worth having a look if there's a particular combination you haven't been able to find. You might need it after breaking the one you have from the anger.

    I'm not really into games, but a keyboard (front page of the English site) that has "Subtle feelings of touch and delicate work"… NOW you're talking! That's a keyboard a man can have some quiet time with, if you know what I mean ;-) :-P

    The Last of us has to be one of the best games i have ever played on the PS3. I paid $99 when it first came out at target (the only place that had it on the friday) so at $65 its a good deal.

        I bought the game, haven't played it yet, but I'm not too keen on the low ammunition thing. I like blowing people up without any limitation, Uncharted style. Definitely don't like conserving things. Don't want to run out of ammo and have to use my fists.

        Will I hate this game?

          I dont think you will hate it at all, yes some parts are hard with when your low of ammo but you will learn to look around and you can always find more.

      Have a look on ebay and see how much people are flogging the case for. Just the case, not even including the game.

      That's the cheapest I could find. $70 + $15 shipping for just the case and 7 have been sold.

        Crazy.

        These things are cheap to make. Ezydvd does limited editions for major DVD releases in steelbook case. They don't charge extra for them.

    Ordered mine on monday last week and received yesterday
    They were a little slow to ship and tracking updates were not accurate but very happy with the price for steel case edition
