This is the top of the line budget priced Canon PowerShot (cheapest PowerShot with Image Stabilisation). I have been looking at buying it for the last month or so and the cheapest price I have found has been $116-118 delivered. David Jones have just dropped the price an extra $20 this weekend.
I also picked up a Sony 4gb Sdhc Class 4 Memory Card for $4.95 reduced from $12.95 (other sizes were available - also reduced).
The 720p video recording on this is quite average, the CCD sensor in this vs newer Canon CMOS sensors is actually poorer in quality…, a limited ISO capability also hurts and an average sized aperture make this a very average camera. This just looks well made, like the rest of the Canons…
