    I got a successful email with an order number, however it says I ordered a 0 x $10 itune card.

        The order is not showing up in my account so I think the 0 x $10 e-mail dosen't work.

    after receiving confirmation that I have received one.
    3 hours later, they send me an email, saying actually we don't have any left for you. and is shown as zero now. scoopon are just selling things when they don't have stock, and causing a hype for people to go to their websites.

    Just had an email from scoopon, thought the worst when I read the first 2 sentences 'Due to an overwhelming response to the iTunes Gift Card offer yesterday, we ran out of stock sooner than expected.'

    But then a little further down it says that they've ordered more and mines already been sent. That email has made me hate scoopon slightly less.

      Surely if they take an order (ie, indicate they still have stock and aren't sold out) then they should fulfill the order. Saying they are purchasing more to meet the customer orders they accepted (even if the cost to customers on this occasion was $0)… well let's just say the ACCC is already investigating them ;-)

    Still got no "disappointing emails" from scoopons. Managed to signup and get my order processed. Always been skeptical of their business model. But hey whos to argue will free stuff. Plus it was a classic how they registered their competitors au domain name.

      You have 2 years from the issue date, no way of knowing the issue date so I just redeemed straight away.
