    if you're referring to the Bangladesh Fire and Building Safety agreement, according to Bek McClellan who recently started a petition at change.org (https://www.change.org/petitions/woolworths-and-big-w-sign-o…) which I signed, on one of her update emails she told us that Target had already sign up to the agreement.
