very good price but i have a feeling its a pricing error.

    • No, not a pricing error. They sent me an email with this as the featured deal.

    • You can refill it yourself dude, replace the chip and fill it with toner, i've done it before and it works, just get good quality toner.

such an expensive printer and no colour printing.. such a shame

delivery is ~$65 which adds to the cost.

i wouldve preferred if it was wireless or cloud printing.

Those are not features I would use in a business environment, to many things to go wrong, and these printers are designed for business.

    First review that pops up:

    http://www.trustedreviews.com/Lexmark-T650dn-Mono-Laser_Prin…

Looks like an outstanding deal for someone who wants laser quality text and prints high volume, but pretty bulky for the home especially with the duplexer hanging off the back.

    • looks like the second printer at work - which is shit. But, for home use, it's probably pretty good.

  • +1

I can tell you these printers cost lot more than that. My work bought a lot of these, although they are not as good as the T632 (some of these lasted more than 8 years). They are heaps better than Brother or Canon laser. They have duplex and RJ45 network port.

    • If you purchased a few of these you could sell them online for a profit.

  • I'm thinking of getting one just for home. We run these at my work, 2 per floor with large volumes of printing. With good paper they are a great machine. We use the T654, which has a larger paper tray.

  • just bought 3 of these, so worth it.
wish i have the $$$ and space to stock more.
the toner itself would of cost more lol.

  • We have these at work - they go alright actually, though they are somewhat prone to jamming. Easy to set up if you have swipe-card printing too. Great price.

  • Just bought 5 - One for the printer and the rest for the toners!

    • It comes with the "Up to 7,000*-page Return Program Print Cartridge" catridge, which sells for $208 including free shipping at hot toner - http://www.hottoner.com.au/Cartridge/Lexmark/Toner/Monochrom…

      • The toner that comes with the printer is not a high yield toner, its just a Standard toner, if you re-fill it, you'll get twice amount of qty of pages out of it.

    • +1

You could have just "refilled" the original toner, I've provided instructions above.

  • Where was this when I bought my Brother HL-4150CDN ?

Well I need occasional colour so that's okay, but I'm thinking of buying this for my larger mono printing needs.

  • Anyone have recommendations for colour laser printers?

    • for small business/medium you could go for
      konica moninolta 4650en
or for something a little cheaper you could go for
      Kyocera FS-C5150DN/FS-C5250DN

      • No wonder I haven't heard of those brands; I was looking something a little cheaper for personal use.

        Thanks for the recommendations though.

  • Whoa! Sold out! Lucky I purchased 4 of them haha

  • FYI - Just received a call from Grays. They listed the model incorrectly and the actual one they have for sale does not do duplexing, which kills it for me. T650n instead of T650dn. I went for a refund.

    • Dodged a bullet there. Not worth it without the Duplex.

  • We just wanted to let you know that the "Lexmark T650DN Monochrome Laser Printer (NEW)" has been misdescribed.

The model number for this printer is actually a "Lexmark T650N Monochrome Laser Printer (NEW)" which means it is not a double sided printer.

  • I also requested a full refund. Graysonline FAIL!

I took the discount (of $100). That makes it around $100 delivered for what is still a decent printer.

    • That's actually a fantastic price. I would have bought one for home if I knew they would offer that price later.

      • +1

Sorry, I should probably clarify, I was able to use the $20 coupon to take it down to $240 delivered, so it is now $140 delivered. So not quite that cheap, but still not bad for a new printer that is actually decent.

    • +1

Yea, the $100 discount makes it fantastic for the toner cartridges. Those that bought multiple units just for the toner - your win is now much more epic.

Just checked my email this morning.. guess what? :(

Unfortunately we have been advised that there has been a further error and we are unable to offer the discount agreed with you. Our only option is to provide you with a full refund for the invoice amount. We will process a full refund back to you via the payment method used to make the purchase.

    • Yeah I got the same email as well.

What sucks is that I was able to nab a $20 voucher and use it on this purchase, but I guess I lose the benefit of the voucher now. I wonder if I should ask them for a $20 voucher.

      • I didnt even ask but they gave me one! No minimum, even! Thanks Grays! More Sony headphones for me.
