  • good value, shame its not Steam pack :(

    • If you have one of the Genesis/Megadrive packs on Steam it should install into the same folder and run from the Steam version so sort of registers on steam (as per comment below from justmiike read the comments on Amazon)

Sorry didn't realise I couldn't link directly to my other post in comments… but this is part of the Amazon Summer Sale, search for my other deal on the sale or go directly to Amazon for a list of other items currently on sale (this pack, Tomb Raider $17.49USD, and GRID 2 $36.99USD are the picks of what is on sale at the moment though)

Here are the links to the games spiritek is talking about to save you the trouble looking for them

        Tomb Raider - 17.49

        Grid 2 - $36.99

Also link to the AMAZON summer sale here

Yah, thanks for that, also here is a spreadsheet I did up that has all the games and when they start and end and what price they are and what DRM they have… Disclaimer: my affliate link is in the spreadsheet but I have hidden the column, is handy to filter for dates, DRM, and search for particular games etc though. And would be good if someone else got some use out of it since I put a bit of effort into it.

    Erm, FAIL!

Just got the dreaded "Game Downloads are only available to US customers" at the checkout… unless I'm doing something wrong?!

    • Must have US address on your amazon account (Note: Beware that some users have reported amazon asking for proof of residence for Australian IP addresses)

      • Ha, you were replying just as I was trying to edit my above comment as I only just noticed that at the bottom of your description. Bugger. Oh well, thanks anyway.

  • Try going through a proxy?

  • ESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSWAT

I feel so old for having played most of these games on their original hardware.

Welp, I'd rather grab this and go without a coffee tomorrow than the other way around.

Why Oh Why did they stop at Golden Axe 2 ?

    • golden axe 2 was awesomeness

    • +2

      They didn't.

      They should have.

  • Guys, apparently this works on Steam?

    Read the comments on Amazon.

  • Did not need to use a proxy, but yes had to have a US address. Thanks, OP.

  • Amazon check IP now?

    • Not for me, and not for other people new to amazon purchasing

    • Amazon check IP now?

There has been a few users here that have reported such events

      • Too bad. Amazon (at least their Audible branch) seem to purposely ignore Australians using fake addresses in order to make extra sales. It's really a win/win even for the producers of the product.

If they need to flush out Australian accounts, they don't need to check IPs, they just need to check all the 'Beverly Hills 90210' addresses ;)

        • try it first as it works for most people, and could always be PEBKAC ;)
