I actually find Provincial Meats to be pretty pricey and far from a "good deal" compared to other meat wholesaler's -> Direct to public.
I usually just get my meat at the Vic Market on the way to work.The chook boob deal is good however.

How much meat should you actually get off a cut of meat once all the fat and bone is removed?
I ask because I bought lamb, which I think was loin chop, and over half of its weight was fat and bone!
Is there a 'legal requirement' that there is a minimum amount of meat that you should get?
