RP property reports are not free. But I do agree that in this case they just want to suck you in.
Are there any sites that give free reports for WA?
Normally you have to pay for recent sales data in WA.
I have used on the house before. Very good but from my understanding RP Data is more accurate.
I'm sorry that you feel this way but the information provided in the RP Data report I received had more information than all of those websites combined.
It was an actual question, what does it give you?
I remember getting a "free" copies RP Data reports from our mortgage broker when we were looking at houses, but I don't remember it containing any info we didn't already know.
RP data in WA is usually the price the property is sold for as recorded by Landgate. Most of the other options are the list/advertised prices. No idea about this deal

I am guessing you can put anything in that box, perhaps advertised price of land and house? - most likely this is just used so the spammers know if you are worth harassing
