To celebrate our launch here at Jon Leon we've got some extremely low prices on our mobile phones, in particular the HTC Butterfly.

Normally retailing at $600+ we've got it on sale today for just $555 (+$35 delivery).

Along with the HTC we also have some great prices on the latest smart phones, if you'd like to see a phone
not already on the site let me know and i'll see if I can get it in :)

Also if you're not happy with any prices i'll do the same and see if I can sort something out.

Please note this is import stock with no warranty.

      It is also 'illegal' for an Australian store/business to sell or supply non-compliant devices (mobile phones and their chargers, for example).

      This is why they all 'pretend' to sell from/via their Australian website, but really you are buying from an off-shore supplier and you are the importer and are responsible for the illegal importation.

      As the website has been 'pulled' (now no content). I am not sure if JonLeon was going to import and then sell from Australia, or if he was going to deliver from outside Australia.

    I'm splitting semantic hairs here: there may be no warranties but you're still obliged to offer consumer guarantees: http://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/…

    "You can claim a remedy from the retailer if the products do not meet any one or more of the consumer guarantees, with the exception of availability of spare parts and repair facilities.

    The remedies you can seek from the retailer who sold you the product include a repair, replacement, or refund and in some cases compensation for damages and loss.

    The retailer can’t refuse to help you by sending you to the manufacturer or importer."

  You could almost afford a Galaxy S4 at this price.. there was a post earlier. Definitely not a bargain.

  Your ABN is not registered with the GST, beware if someone dobbed you in, I had my lesson few years ago.
