Nuuvem is selling Bioshock Infinite for $49.99 BRL which works out to be about $25 AUD. No VPN was needed and I paid with Paypal. I added the key to my Steam account, downloaded and ran the game without issue, its in English. If you weren't swayed by the $30 Steam Summer Sale offer, this additional $5 off may convince you to pick it up for the weekend.
Nuuvem is a legitimate top tier online retailer. Most of those sites are not. Make your choice.

I'm not the one making the claims here champ.
Places like Greenmangaming, gamersgate and get games go get there keys from the publishers directly. Lots of other key sites get them off of boxes of games from Asia and Russia, which in the case of Russian keys a VPN might be needed to activate and steam has said they will crack down on those who do(a.k.a ban account, lose games). I still don't know if Nuuvem is a "legitimate" retailer in this sense or not but i'd like to know!?!
Also, several places listed on Kinguin have it for less than $20 pretty regularly (none "in stock" right this minute, but as recently as a few days ago they did).
Nuuvem is OK, but it's still a sort of a grey import. Not really more reliable than a fairly reputable CD key site.
