got one just in the nick of time… 8 left after i clicked

  • Tried it at South Lake, WA, but rejected with excuses only valid at Eastern State? Can someone please confirm they have successfully redeemed at WA store?

    • Got it at garden city.

    • Yep - I got mine today. $5.50 Box + Large chips :D

      • If I was to attempt to use it twice, they may not have taken the code.. :D

    • I had this problem…. I rang KFC HQ and complained… the manager then took voucher…

I suggest you put in a complaint to KFC… you might get a extra voucher!

seems like someone in KFC forgot to tell WA stores!!

      • It's not worth my time to lodge a complaint. They even didn't have $5 lunch box promotion on 22/7/13. I once wrote a formal complain to the HQ in regards to short change and being treated as a liar in one of their store in Morley, but I have never received any reply. Bad customer service !

        • speaking of Morley, i managed to redeem the chips there this afternoon…great, friendly service. weird, huh?

        • Staff turnover at a KFC would be huge, bad service one day, great the next would be one of the biggest challenges for any store I'd say.

  • Anyone willing to post their email/voucher?
After using it if you must

sure http://i.imgur.com/QAynOxD.png the whole things a bit longer than that but it's all just t&c anyway
btw whats the OZB preferred image host?
I tried to use this at my kfc but they didn't bother using the code just deducted the chips on the register so the code works if theres even a place to use the code.

    • I'm happy to email you mine once I'm done with them.

      PM me.

KFC George st (railway square): no need to purchase, no code taken :) see you tomorrow KFC!

  • was in chermside food court around 4.30pm. there were quite a bit of ppl redeeming using their mobile. Staffs kept shouting "another one" and asked the manager to teach them how to enter the code =) looks like after work rush.

  • Got mine in Brisbane, chick serving just looked at it and went 'ok no problem', no code entered.

  • Went to my local in southern NSW. After a few checks with the manager they just wrote down the code in a book and happily gave me the chips with no extra item. The friendly staff was a nice change from the usual ozbargain claim :).

Think I'm going to go try it at another KFC just to see if I can :p

  • Just got 2 of them with my Wife. Manager took the number down on a post it note.
Not sure if they will type it up on the website or what.

  • Redeemed when there were heaps of codes left but two of us still haven't received our codes in our respective inboxes or spam boxes. Ho hum.

  • i got one, I will post my code if I dont use it by thurs.

  • Ahh missed out

  • Not accepted at plumpton KFC, I tried to argue the point manager was a bully.

        I made a complaint online

  • Anyone else confirm ok for use in QLD?

  • are the codes unique? can i just print out this? http://i.imgur.com/QAynOxD.png

  • I bought twice at melbourne, because none of the staff recorded the code. Maybe just because I bought something with the free chips.

    • Actually seems like good business for them - I didn't even think about getting KFC til I got the free chips code, then I bought a burger combo with it.

  • redeemed at Innaloo (lolol) and Subiaco WA stores. no codes entered at either store. dude at Subi hadn't heard of it and had to go ask others; told him it was from kfc's facebook app. wish their communication with staff about these offers were more effective..

    • I suggest you make a complained to KFC HQ!

I ended up calling them while I was a subi kfc… and that then forced the manager to take the voucher.. took me 16mins on the phone to them…

I put in an online complaint aswell…

      • why would i need to complain? i wasn't rejected; he was just curious about this offer since he said he had worked there for 2 years and never heard of it.

Went to the Riverton WA store, the stupid manager insisted that I have to provide printout in order to claim, though I have pointed out to him that in the email it says "show email or print it out". Even suggested he can take note of my unique redeem code but he refused to listen. Very very rude service. Walked away without purchasing the fried chicken that I initially planned to buy. These guys won't get any business from me in future. I went to another restaurant in the area for dinner and on my way back home I passed by that KFC store again, and guess what, they have put all their chairs on the table, ready to close, and it's only 8:30 pm. So lazy!

the stupid manager insisted that I have to provide printout in order to claim

why do i get the feeling that if you had printed it out, he would likely have refused that too claiming it to be a "photocopy"… }:\

Please let them know about your recent visit. I am experienced in letting "junk food" chains know when their service isn't up to scratch. 90% of the time I receive favourable outcomes. They also enjoy the fact they are getting information back on their staff they usually wouldn't from the public.

  • expired today at 5pm despite the fact that the store closes at 10pm. poor effort from kfc. my coupon expired lol
