How do you mean by last step? I'm onto PayPal log in, and it still hasn't deducted the 9 pounds and I'm a bit too scared to log in :S
you cant use 2 codes at once. I ended up using the 10% off rather than freeship far out.

Far out it happened to me too, I was able to see both vouchers/coupons being accepted before I clicked payment but I have been charged shipping.

I emailed and asked for a refund for shipping, but this automated email came back and said "If your promotion code hasnt worked, you do not need to email us again as we will refund the discount you are entitled to within the next 3-5 working days. Only one promotion code can be used per order and we are not responsible for codes obtained from discount code websites or blogs"
I dont think itll be easy to get the shipping back..
Got a response saying only one voucher can be used at time and because the second voucher was accepted they will not be refunding the shipping charge.
Funny how their business rules dont reflect their system functionality, and when someone brings it to their attention they use the business rules card.
Personally, I think its bad customer service. Not going to cry over 9 pound charge but it's no longer a bargain for me :(
Placed an order with them a month ago and it was lost in transit…their cs wouldnt reply any of my emails until i contacted them via facebook..

Code doesn't work…I thought that it will automatically take it off at the end as well after I put in CC information but I received the confirmation order with the shipping charged…Have requested to cancel my order if they cannot provide free shipping, waiting for response
Update - Topman has responded to me saying they will refund the shipping price to me :) so if you've used the code FREESHIP and got charged shipping, drop them a note.

There is a 'contact' us page and I chose the 'amend and cancel my order'. I didn't use the 10% code though because I didn't realise there was one. If you still didn't get a reply try their Facebook Page, just send them a message there.
To get free shipping to Australia you need to use the code FREEDELTM I have tested this and it works :)
