    Hi rep. How thick are the micro USB cables and are these ok to use as data cables? I have tried a number of cheap USB cables and most do not work well as data cables. Thanks.

      Hi Pooran, in comparison to the Sony Micro USB cable that I have on hand, this generic version is the same thickness. They are definitely okay to use as data cables, and there is a 60 day money-back guarantee if you have any problems with this.

    I can't see the required Safety Certification on the Battery Case device (nor the AC Charger). Perhaps you used 'stock' pictures?

    Please confirm that these two items are 'legal'/safe.

          Actually, under ACMA legislation (and as enforced by Fair Trading) they must be on the outside of any packaging and on the device itself.

          However they are ALMOST all sold out, please order now if you are in want of the iPhone 4/5 battery cases!

          Only the iP5 one. We have some for iP4/4S.

    I seem to go through micro-usb cables like they're going out of fashion. The original samsung cable that came with my S3 crapped out quickly, and a few ebay cheapies were too long/ too dodgy to be any use. Fingers crossed these ones last a bit longer.

    Got my cables today, thanks for the quick postage.
    Couple issues:
    -Of my 3 micro-usb cables, 2 cannot make a proper connection, and the last can only connect intermittently (if I keep the phone perfectly still).
    -Of my 2 USB OTG cables, 1 fails to make a connection at all, though the other one seems alright.
    -The Styluses work pretty good on my ipad, so it's not all bad.
