For those who don't have Acronis True Image, this is a good alternative.
If you haven't used a good cloning tool before, I suggest trying this out to backup your C:. This makes transferring old files to your new PC so much easier as you don't need to download everything again, re-register, configure settings, import and export contacts and emails and reinstall Windows. This will do it all.
