  Rep, your post/site says 11.5mm hose while your link to hozelock says 12.5mm. What's the reason for this?

    Sorry that's a typo. The box says 11mm on it. We aren't sure why hozelock.com.au site says 12.5mm but will follow them up.
    We've just edited the post here, and will update our site in a few minutes.

    Sorry, no free delivery at this price, as this weighs over 4kg.

  Very tempting, but with the amount of watering I do, a 12mm hose drives me nuts as it is without dropping down in size.

  I am about to pull the trigger but is the "Multi Purpose 11mm hose" ithe same as your MAXI PLUS hose?
  If MaxiPlis then it looks like its 12.5mm unless it really is 11mm, and hence the clearance price.

  Let me know, as Im keen if 12.5mm diameter.

  Is pick up available for Sydney?

    Thanks for your question. We don't sell a "MAXI PLUS hose". This hose is 11mm. We presume it's smaller to allow it to fit into a more compact reel. This is certainly the case for the larger Hozelock reels - the hose is smaller so the auto-rewind mechanism works.

    Pickup is not available sorry. We will ship same day though - in fact one Ozbargainer would have had their reel on Friday evening after ordering on Friday afternoon.
