Fracture - released late last year for the PS3, and fetching around $45+post on ebay, $70-something at retail.

This is the Asian version, but is entirely in English and compatible with all PS3s. It's an above average game (64% avg on gamerankings.com), and has a demo out on PSN.

Shipping is only afew bucks more. Price is USD$9.90, which works out to about AUD$15, and postage is extra depending where in Oz you’re posting to.

This game isn't on JB Hifi's excluded games list (and with their trade 3 games for KillZone, RE5, etc this could come in very handy), nor GAME's though I'm unsure about EB.

    Would JB/EB/Game accept it but since its the asian version? I know the games in English but often the box's and discs have half english half asian on them and I wonder if that would pose any issue if you wanted to trade it in?

      It depends on the staff; some will refuse it whilst they have asian region games on their 2nd hand shelf in the very same store.

    It works out to be about $20 with delivery. Also, that picture is of the Australian version, because of the blue M rating on the cover. They have a habit of putting AU versions into the 'asia' category as I found out when I ordered COD4 from them.

    Most JBs I've been to who do trade ins, will not accept this so you'll either have to bank on a distracted staff member or a person who's new to the job. Deal wise it's a decent game from most reports.

    I traded in some US versions of different games at JB with no problems. Someone told me that one of the stores - EB? - only requires the disk for a trade in (no manual etc). You might check that too.

      But US is alot less obvious than Asian language versions. The Asian box's usually have both English AND asian text so they stand out.

      For a person in JB who doesn't even game and isn't familiar with the box art and such, a US version would very easily fly under the radar.
