When I get to the checkout it is: Total: $40.00

    • When you spend over $150 in one transaction

    • Single is $30 (hence the 'from $30'), but Queen is $40.

  • What % satin is in your satin sheet sets?

Edit: nevermind, answer my own question: 0% satin

    Material: 100% Polyester

    • Satin is a style of weave.
      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satin

These sheets are 100% satin. Specifically, polyester satin. Zero silk, if that's what you're really asking.

You can be pretty sure they're also 100% horrible.

Aside from the static electricity issues already mentioned, satin sheets are just so slippery. I had a similar cheap nasty set once, and spent all night chasing my pillow around the bed and retrieving it from being wedged in between the mattress and bed head.

Polyester is cold in winter, hot and sticky in summer.

      I wouldn't go there again.

      • Thanks barefoot, you make a lot of sense.

      • Well there's your mistake, you put polyester satin sheets on your bed to sleep in it.
Polyester satin sheets are for other non-sleep activities that are enhanced by slipping, sliding and friction free movement.

        • Also difficult when you can't get any traction :-(

Why do you think I chose to purchase satin sheets in the first place?

  • Material: 100% Polyester

    plastic sheets…… yuk

  • 100% polyester!

just thinking of the static electricity that could be generated.

  • 120gsm? Isn't normal copy paper 80gsm? So this is 1.5 times weight of the copy paper? I cannot tell whether that's good or bad, but doesn't look appeal to me to sleep on a sheet as thin as paper.
