apparently, it didn't happened to me that much.
Question is… are those sizes in UK.. or US…

I emailed a query through to Colorado's contact us form about the sizing and this is the response I received…
"As Colorado is an Australian Brand therefor our shoes are produced in the AUS size. The AUS sizing is also exactly the same to the UK sizing."

I guess we should order based on AU sizing??
Damn.. selected size 12 boot and even went through PP process to get 'nothing in checkout' message back at the site

I have the Tago shoe from the previous promotion. It's quite comfortable and the quality is ok for the price. They look quite good and have been going nicely so far. Recommended.
I grabbed a couple of pairs, thanks for the heads up. Hopefully they'll fit well, but they seem to have a decent returns policy (although it will just be store credit I think).

I did return some shoes last time. You cannot exchange, have to get the refund, then order again. They send an eParcel return label, you can just use the same satchel with some tape. They will do refund back to your CC.
Having all sorts of issues with Colorado's store. The pair of shoes were originally dropping out of the cart. Then issues logging in, now the $29.95 pair of shoes is showing as $129.95 in the cart. My login has never been successful on Chrome or IE, sometimes it looks like I've logged in then go to next checkout page, prompts to login (and has somehow cleared my previous login).
I tried once as a guest got through to paypal, which after logging into PP had a Continue Button back to COlorado, came back to an empty page - seemingly no transaction occurred

That's exactly my experience. As guest, checkouts at the sale price then PP doesn't work. Logged in, the price goes back to regular price.
try paying using Credit Card instead I guess.
Just successfully used CC to pay as a guest.
Eventually got through with PP, I almost went the CC option. Thanks OP :)

Are you sure they use UK size?And is this online only or would they have it at stores also?
These are online only (I think) and I am 100% sure they are UK Size
I wear 43 European which is 9UK and 10US.
I always buy 9 from Colorado cause they follow UK Sizing.

When you pick the sizes for the shoe, its in UK right? Therefore if I pick a size 8.5 its actually 10.5 AUS?

You will have better luck using CC instead of PP based on other users experiences.
Indeed Chrome seems to have problems with their checkout. Used IE 10 through paypal. Worked fine. just took around 15 seconds for the paypal window to pop up ;)

Following a further email asking for clarification, the response was:
"I apologise for the incorrect information I have provided you with the mens sizing guide for Aus which is the same as UK sizes. Due to confusion over Colorado Mans sale season.
For women's AUS sizes it is the same as the US."Guys as I said I have heaps of Colorado shoes and their men shoes are UK Sizing.
