I'm surprised your first post wasn't:

      PRICE in TITLE please

    • i dont "deal" with death

  • "* Gift Card will be issued within 8 weeks after end of promotional period and after the proof of purchase has been received and validated." guess it is not cash for u but a gift card for u to buy Asus products..

"The cashback amount issued is inclusive of GST and will be issued as a prepaid gift card." meaning it will be in the form of a prepaid debit card.

  • Is this router better than WD N900? ,thanks

    • +3

      yes i have it

it is fricken awesome and handles torrenting like a beast if you use with a cable modem or adsl modem in bridge mode

also the wireless (the main feature) streams content to my non AC devices with no lag (talking gb size videos here)

  • I use asus wireless stuff at work, damn its expensive but it works a treat.

  • Price in title?

  • Price!

  • Wireless1 has the modem router for $227 and usb adapter for $97. Pricey, but being an AC wifi router its on the bleeding edge.

    • i bought mine from flingshot earlier this year for $199 delivered

  • DD-WRT Compatible with 256MB Ram & 64MB flash. That's HEAPS! Plus vote from me.

    • i dont think you even need to flash it

      it just works

      • And considering how reliable these routers are, you are probably going to make them less reliable by putting DD-WRT on them.

Having said that, if you need the features it provides then its worth it.

Is this router better than WD N900? ,thanks

    • Did you read the response to your question, just a short way ^^^^ up that way ?

      • Yes, i just read now. I know nothing about the router. The reason why i ask because i just ordered N900 from MSY with previos deal and wanna know is it worth or not. I also say thanks on my comment. If you dont like just ignore it man.

    • For a start it is an AC router and secondly made by Asus who make some of the fastest (and most expensive) routers around. You want the best, you pay for it. Compare the reviews.

  • So I bought mine from OS Last year $200 delivered….am I eligible?
    Edit: NO

Claims must be made within 14 days of purchase date as per the claimant's proof of purchase.

  • Hmmm decisions… This router or Linksys EA6700? I'll decide when there's more reviews on the Linksys EA6700 :)
