I'm not too old but my joints are starting to get sore and stiff and its making me less active, a older friend who is 50+ and swears by these but I was put off by the price I saw in the supermarkets. When I saw Grocery Run selling them at for this price I thought I would give them a try.

Postage is $5.95 but its capped at $11.95 so you can buy as much as you want of any mix of different products and it wont be more than $11.95 (cost me about that to drive to the shop and back).
