    $363 return…great price! so many airfare deals lately, its taking all my will power not to buy…I don't think I can last much longer :(

    Just out of curiosity has anyone seen cheaper recently (eg on airasia) like in the last year.

    Just stupid - Jetstar (unlike other airlines) do not hold your booking while processing payment/seating etc

    4 times - right through the process and get a message that I need to choose new dates!

      Thats what I got from the outset at 2pm and I changed dates and went through the motions 3 more times - same rubbish! Hey I get it that you could time out - but I have a Jetstar account with details already populating most fields - so clearly they were allowing multiple people to 'attempt' to book the same seats.

      Wasted an hour of my life I will never get back - what a joke.

          Well, it was auto translating for me… perhaps try going through google translate, or another browser? Not sure about the bank transfer, I was in such a rush that I just paid with a credit card :P

          You can pick Japan English on the drop down box and it will automatically change to english. I just tried and it seems they don't allow bank deposit if booking thru the co.jp website

    Tried for tickets in March, went through every screen, right up to payment, selected payment option only to be told that:
    "Sorry, we are unable to reserve the selected flight(s) at this time. Please return to the Flight Select page and choose another flight(s)."

    And that took it to after the shut off time :/

    How many days do we have after selecting bank deposit to pay them, especially if there is a weekend in between.
