Pcboost 4 for Windows FREE for 72 Hours

15

PCBoost allows you to run programs such as games, video production, photo editing software and any software that requires excessive processing power to run much faster than the software was originally designed for.

With little to no effort you can instantly force programs & games to run faster on your computer without having to purchase new hardware.

Most programs are designed to use a minimal amount of CPU (processor) power which often leads to the CPU being idle and not used to its fullest potential, with PCBoost your computer is able to take advantage of this by allocating more CPU power to the currently active application.

PCBoost constantly monitors which application is running as the foreground and active program; it then tells the CPU to give this application priority over all other applications.

    LOL.

Yep, just what a slow system needs — more background services!!
If anything this program is just going to add more bloat to your system and do the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do.

I've been tech'ing for ages and was born holding a Commodore 64… this sounds like.

    1) Complete and utter crap
    2) If it DOES work, sounds like an awesome way to cause a processor crash and then freeze your machine!

"This program does absolutely nothing… on startup they get your Name/Serial and computer IP Address, and they don't guarantee that they won't sell it to anyone that's willing to buy it. On the uninstall, you're left with registry files that you have to delete yourself. Also let's not forget that the program does absolutely nothing you can't do yourself, but it does it in an unsafe manner." (Softpedia, 2012)

my last workplace had a similar plan for it's employees.

they believed the more work you gave people the easier they could complete it all.
