          Yeah, I think we all knew it was something like that.

          Seriously though, this price is not low enough to offset the loss of warranty.

          Plus Kogan HK does not collect or remit the Goods and Services Tax to the AU Government, nor do they pay income tax on these sales.

          I would rather pay, say up to $100, more and get a two year warranty backed in Australia by SAMSUNG.

          Agreed. After having my two month old S4's screen just go kaput recently, I'm definitely glad I didn't take the risk of a non local warranty. I had the authorised service centre replace the screen within a few hours.
