  • Has anyone tried to remove the the SNID sticker instead of cutting it out from the box?

    • Yes, just peel it off.

Mine arrived today and I must say I'm very pleased with it, particularly in comparison to the B1 I returned last week due to a fault with the unit. The screen is brighter, the viewing angle is much better and it just feels nicer to hold - I have an iPad from work and I think the A1's 8" screen is a really good compromise between a compact, but narrow 7" and the 9.7" Apple. I'm quite sure it isn't as fast or as advanced etc. as an iPad mini but at over $230 cheaper I'm prepared to accept the compromise!

  • I got mine yesterday, tested HDMI to TV last night and worked well.
Also this 8" screen is much better than 7" when watching real time internet TV - my main reason to buy this device.

  • does anyone know where to get a cheap decent cover / screen protector?

  • Did anyone receive a tax invoice with their order?

    • Yes I got mine on 27/9 in one of emails from DSE.

      • Thanks. I will email them. Cut off is in 2 days.
