    • You chose… wisely

  • Has anyone here tried liteneasy? Could you share your experience with us? thanks!

I like it and it's working :) Good food and easy to follow, even has chocolate etc some times!

    • The meals are pretty decent quality (good ingredients etc), its very mild flavoured even the Asian and Indian dishes which really should be more spicy. The only real gripe though is even with the discount its very pricey for the quantity you get.

Been doing it earlier this year for about 3 months. I was committed to it and didn't snack in between. Started on the 1800kcal meals and reduced down to 1400kcal over time. Plenty of food and actually quite good. Especially compared to what I used to eat before. Helped me to focus on eating healthier. Lost 12kg with lite n'easy and another 3kg afterwards just by learning to eat better.

Probably the best ad healthiest way to permanently loose weight but then you need to be committed to it. Know plenty of people who didn't loose any weight due to snacking in between etc.

    • Wow, 1400 calories? Are you a woman or really short?

haha, neither. I'm 5'11" and 90kg at the time. I was mainly sitting behind a desk all day too.

I just buy the dinners, they are under $10 if you buy in bulk and closer to $8 with the discount code. Most of the dinners taste great! Just bought 21, thanks.

Yeah thats what i did too, as they are the best value for quantity and flavour. The other stuff is even more pricey for what you get as you can easily buy the same for far cheaper. But even the meals with the discount code which does workout to close to 8$ is still expensive for the size / quantity of food you get but it is decent quality ingredients.

Of course, you could cook it all yourself and it'd be definitely healthier than microwaving too. But it's the convenience you pay for.

        • No I meant stuff for breakfast / lunch etc where its just a bar or oats or fruits or something, that involves no preparation or cooking and can be bought from supermarkets for far cheaper prices. The dinners are of course different but even then the supermarkets have far cheaper microwaveable decent dinners…but Lie n Easy is a bit better ingredients and quality wise than the norm you find in supermarkets but you pay almost twice the price for that luxury..that and the fact that you know its meant to be sort of clean food / healthy food. I presume they dont use as much salt and things like that.

Possibly worthwhile for time conscious people who were really intent on losing weight and following a plan. But for just better eating / cleaner eating but no real calorie controlled plan..the dinners arent probably worth the price.

  • Excellent, I saved about $15, thank you!
