Good price for a good set of headphones. I don't think there is any difference between this and the previous gen HD238 (which can be found a few dollars cheaper) but am happy to be proven wrong! :)

I know, because i have PX 200-II's on back order from OW and have complained to them, they're probably ordering more stock/clearing out right now.
