    Dont think they allow click & Collect with a pay at pick up option.
    You need to pay online.

    I don't think so. But not sure if you can get it around like this.
    Buy gift card with ing card and pay online purchase by gift card..

      Yes you can. But Ing is monitoring closely now so be cautious when you attempt to break one payment up.

        I had the same thing but found the problem. You might not have ticked subscription option to newsletters etc. Subscribe to it (if you haven't) and you will get the code. It worked for me.

        you're right. i signed up and didn't subscribe to their emails. i signed up again and made sure to subscribe and i instantly got the 5% off email

        i tried updating the preferences for the previous sign up but haven't received anything.

  Seems like they've purposefully removed items from their site to prevent the further 5% eroding their profit margins. I was specifically looking to buy a Weber Kettle Charcoal barbeque in the Silver or Gold series (not the compact one). It was there a few days ago when Ray's sale was on.

  Got no code either. Initially I had left off the subscription but adding it back on later didn't work.

  Also not all their products are available online, wanted to get a ride on mower but can't order it online even though it shows as in stock at jundelup.

  Thanks for the post OP. Got the code, bought a Dyson DC39 Allergy on special for $579 shipped after using the code and will also get $50 back from Amex bringing it down to $529. Have been watching their website for a special on their Dysons and happy to manage to get one.

    You could have done a price match and get 10% off it.. as Myers are selling for even less.

      If you know of Myer selling for less, please do provide details. All I can see at their website is the DC54.

      Besides with Masters, if you find it cheaper within 30 days you can get them to match it and beat it as well.

      Guess you can't back up your claim. Please don't comment things which you can't support. I have done my research before buying and most places are selling around $690 at the moment.

    masters are advertising free shipping for appliances > $400 on their web site. i don't know whether it is only for selected appliances or not.

      Yup selected appliance only unfortunately. At least their shipping is not that bad at $9.95.
