that xbox360 bundle seems very good value. all the games you will get are the best.

    • True, unless you have a preference on the PS3 this is a much better deal than the half price PS3 160gb deal.

      • i have both ps3 and xbox360.by the time i can complete most of those games, i will sell them and buy a ps4 (preferred) or xbox1

If I didn't have 2 xbox's already I would have pulled the trigger. Good deal +1

  • Whats the benifit of having a 250GB hard disk over 4GB ?. I understand that you can store audio/video but just for basic gaming Im not sure. I'm just comparing this with the $138 x-box from big w.

    • More space to save games and install game patches. For eg GTA 5 on the PS3 will only just work on the 12GB edition, taking up all available space. Future updates to the game and/or trying to have another game running will not work. I bought a 4GB 360 a while back then bought a HDD for it which worked out cheaper.

    • Some games require some installation to the hard drive. The Xbox 360 version of GTA5 takes up 8gb if I remember rightly.

Right in the bundle itself you need the bigger hard drive to install Tomb Raider as its a digital copy then theres all those games free for xbox live members. BF3 takes up a lot with each added expansion….

4gb is not enough - I promise you.

Most games can be installed to the hard drive which usually speeds up loading times and some multidisc games require you to install one of the discs to the HDD.
Also there are a lot of downloadable games and demos on xbox live and a lot of them are over 1gb in size, these are available on the free xbox silver accounts and there are also free full games if you sign up for xbox gold (paid subscription).

    • Thanks. It seems that if buy $138 4gb x-box, add a hdd myself and then buy halo it'll be about $250. So I'll be getting 2 extra games for $18. So I think its a good deal .

      • you can use up to a 32gb usb stick with the xbox as well

  • If you like shooters, that's the best deal I've seen on a 250GB 360.

  • what's with the photo of the xbox 360, my xbox slim doesn;'t look like that (small power button and circular xbox logo infront of the cd tray)

    • It's the third and latest version of the console. It's actually inferior to the one you have as it doesn't have an optical audio port. The power and disc eject button are also physical buttons, not touch.

  • What are you guys thoughts on the 3DS XL deal? Should I wait for more deals to come since Christmas incoming?

  • JB have a similar (no live membership) offer with HDMI cable and Wireless controller. Does this deal include wireless controller

    • Is this the one ? JB Hifi deal

If it is cant see where it says the controller is wireless. Can you post a link ?
