          I don't think many OzBargain users take service and advice into things, personally, I shop on price - I don't need the advice, I can source that on my own, and while service can be important, with most purchases, I punch some details in online and the postie turns up in a few days - not really any service required, only in the rare chance something goes wrong, which has happened maybe 3 or 4 times over 5 years of online shopping
