    I brought Harbinger gloves for lifting, though I'm too scared to actually use them because people will tag me on Facebook saying do they match my purse, and I'm a pussy. I just want to lift.

        Then just lift. Calluses are free and guess what..they don't hurt either. Chicks at my gym don't even use them.
