Jerky is the harder one, Biltong is much softer. I recommend our shredded biltong.

Biltong sticks and chucks are thicker, but our shredded is really thin

Is the jerky and biltong made from the same beef? Are they both the same for protein and fat ?
Yes both our jerky and biltong are made from topside beef. Jerky is leaner than biltong so it has almost no fat.

No we package the biltong as we get the orders and we don't do pepper jerky because it just didn't sell good enough.
