First post. Was buying this for friend overseas (he doesn't need 4G there). The cheapest I can find around the web. Great phone with large battery.

    Yep, horrible retailer. Avoid like the plague. Especially considering their prices are within 1-2% of everyone else, anyway.

    Well the item is already on its way using TOLL and due to arrive early next week so I'm pretty happy. They have a pretty good online chat system actually. You just click the chat and ask the operator anything and they actually helped me up quite a few times with questions. Maybe they have significantly improved their service?

      Doubt it.

      Lying about stock, ETAs is pretty standard fare.

      Also forget warranty claims - you essentially have none despite what they're marketing.

      Good luck! Hope you don't need to contact them after you get your item.
