    • Yes, thats right. Its because the cards are not activated until scanned out at the register.

    • Seems they have now updated the website and you need to add 2 to get the free one.

  • no stock in SA but backordered. cheers.

  • Just need to order ONE using this link:
    http://www.harveynorman.com.au/itunes-gift-card-174556.html

It will show as Out of Stock but still you can finish the checkout process, and an email will be sent to you once it's ready to pick up in store.

    Cheers

  • Just got told you have to be 18 or over

I'm waiting in line to get my cards and argue that I can buy if I'm under 18

Can anyone link me something that proves you don't have to be 18

    Cheers

    • Probably just a ruse to stop people with six kids buying six lots.

    • Well I got my cards, a few parents with young teenagers over heard, so there was a group of 10 saying the 18 and over rule was rubbish

Staff were aware of a possible situation and were ringing head office I assume to clarify the offer

5 mins later a sales drone came over and said there were no restrictions

      Gotta love people power :-)

Doesnt matter if its out of stock.. Pick your pickup store and then they'll email you when its ready for pickup.. It seems as though its a shopping cart rule.. You need to add two of them if you are to see a discount!!

  • brilliant! just got one in Bondi Junction store, thanks guys!

  • Orders ASPLEY QLD, THANKS OP!!

Thank you op. Picked then up at officeworks, 5% off too :-)

  • Bought 2 lots, missus and I are happy!

Yep definitely give Officeworks a whirl - they were happy to price match them real quick.

Officeworks refused, as they didn't have any $20 iTunes cards, only 30 and 50. They didn't even have a spot on the shelf for them…

  • Went to HN @ Oxley, arrived at 9:55am, went to a shelf got the 2x $20 cards, lined up (No one in front) lady put the order through went fine :) I thought I would be quick on this one, so I did this first then walked back into the store to check out the PS4 :) was fun to play :)

As I walked out there was a huge line up and everyone had these itunes cards! the staff had to manually key in the codes (Takes a while) but with a constant line up it would of taken a while ! lucky I was first in though :)

  • Went through checkout (in the promotional period) but my invoice only says one??

Dam you Daylight savings you strike again!.

  • Its amazing how hardly normal can turn what is a simple task for most other retailers into an arduous routine. No wonder I normally avoid them like the plague. Simple click and collect order shouldn't take 15-20 mins waiting around after sending email confirming pick up is ready…

  • The HN I went to had a 20 minute wait as the codes weren't generating quick enough. People loitering everywhere. However, silver lining was that they let you buy as many as you wanted, no restrictions.

  • Officeworks Sydney CBD were happy to price match for me.

  • Officeworks Maroochydore matched the deal plus 5% discount. Officeworks Noosa said they would not match the deal and that no Officeworks would ever match an ITUNES deal as their system would not allow it. I smiled and walked away.

I went to Harvey Norman Maroochydore (QLD) at 10AM (AEDT) which is actually 9am(AEST) up here.(FULL PAGE Courier mail ad states 10AM AEDT). The sales chic at the register said I had to wait until 10am . I tried to explain what daylight saving time was. She got even more confused. I talked to another guy at the shop who told me that he did not think that daylight savings was on anymore. He at least was willing to talk to the store manager who allowed the deal to go ahead. We walked back to the original sales chic who continued to carry on about the 10am rule but eventually put it through. HARDLY NORMAL.

    • Easier to just pricematch at ow by the sounds of it.

    • Hahaha should email Gerry with your story with a footnote that with service like this no wonder people are turning to online shopping…

  • Managed to get it just at 10AM at the Melbourne QV store…they were out by 11AM.

  • We ended up with $320 from a few different stores and online. Not a bad haul.

    • I was thinking "wow that's a lot" then I remembered I bought $300 worth when 7/11 had some promo a while ago, 35% or something… Good Xmas presents.

    • Do they have expiry date? What if you don't manage to spend them all?

      • 1 year from purchase to add them to an itunes account .. after that the credit stays.
