I bought two packs of ten micros from my local Australia Post. They ordered them in and I picked them up a couple of days later. No stuffing around with filling in any forms either.
I won't say which Australia Post it was but I encourage you to try your local.
I bought 8 from my local Aus Post early in their deal.. I activated one as long life and then activated the others and I've transferred credit to the long life SIM ($10 per day). I have more Google Play credit now that I don't know what to do with it :)
My plan is activate one on encore each month in my android device. For calls where I don't want to use my permanent number I call from there with the free call credits. As above transfer the thirty dollars credit to my long life Sim or use the credit in android store. There's an app called payback there you might want to check out too.

Saw the ipad packs are $15 at colesor wollies this week..forget which.
U can use ipad sim for phone usually with a call or online chat…but check to make sure ugetthe full credit.
Good find, anyone remember how to change this plan so it can expire after six months?
