      Store rep at DJs told me they are the same machine. The difference is between the U model & Pixie, the outer shield is plastic on the U and aluminium on the Pixie, hence cheaper price on the U. The internals are exactly the same on both models. Also said the warranty on all Nespresso machines is covered by Nespresso, so there is no difference for buyer which brand you choose in terms of warranty.

    I believe these models don't come with the milk frother. May be worth pointing this out as the milk frother is worth a bit if purchased by itself. (Or could use a cheaper brand frother)
