Yeah, all Domino's codes are stackable, so combine it with 75789 for $6 pizza + Dessert :D
I just tried it. Unfortunately it's not stackable but it works with the cheaper Tuesday value range.

OK, here is the Ozbargainer way :
You need to add your $6 chefs best pizza, add your lava cake. now it wont let u click through to payment it will say "you have pending voucher" which means u gotta order a traditional pizza, so u add one to your order, but then once u get to the screen that says cash or credit card, u can then remove it again and get ur Pizza + dessert for $6 :)

Sorry for the late reply, hockey - I could only get the 'add pizza' to be accepted it I added one of the 5 'Value Range' pizzas - the one I tried was Simply Cheese.
HOW TO GET A FREE CAKE/MOUSSE -
If you get a mousse, notify that you ordered a mousse as only the chocolate lava cake will be out (in the hot box) with your receipt. The mousse's receipt however is in the system.

I updated my profile and didnt get the voucher. but created a new one and got it straight away.
for those that wanna use this code with the $6 special u gotta go right to the end where it shows payment type then put in the code, will work this way.

Finally figured it out (with the help of the past replies).
ONLY WORKS WITH DOMINOS WEBSITE (not app or phone version)
1) Put in free lava code received via email
2) Add pizza of any choice (works with traditional or value range :))
3) Add lava cake or mousse
4) Click next until final payment page
5) Enter coupon code for traditional (82532) or value (61716) range
6) Click whether to pay by cash or credit card
