Found on shop a docket, then by itself on their website. Great gift for tradies like my dad who need clothes (no shoes nor accessories) but refuses to by at standard prices.

Make sure you click on the men's voucher (right hand side), since the female's are over.

If having trouble, here:

Buy before 9/12/13 and claim online by 23/12/13. I claimed just yesterday and got a confirmation email saying they'll double check the info but it might take a little extra time because of the holiday period (it should work fine).

Got him x3 pairs of 3/4 shorts for $19.95 each for work.

Be aware, go in store and buy off them for correct sizing at the clearance outlets. The claimed voucher can only be used in store as well.

Anyways, good for Christmas!

  • So you first make a online or instore purchase then submit the claim online or instore?

and for online order(s)how much is the shipping?

    • Yep!, but I'm sure you need to go to a store to buy it initially as well.

If you check the claiming details it asks for the Sale Assistant's name and Store name, I'm not sure you will find it on the online receipts…

or maybe somebody else can prove otherwise…
who's willing to take the risk though?

P.S. Shipping $8.80 as a standard within Aust or free if over $100

Just spoke to helpline and they said this can be purchased online and the concern you have about "Sale Assistant's name" on receipt is not an issue as you will get hard copy of receipt with the order which will have the "Sale Assistant's name"

For more details they asked to ring Melb head-office @ 03-98528804

        • Thanx! Sorry, it's my first time posting, so doing the best I can :P

    • The free voucher can be used at any Rivers Store (excluding the online shop).

Free voucher expires two months from issue date.

  • Nice find

  • What happens if you place the order at $50+ and they can't fill the entire order so the docket is -$50? That often happens with my Rivers online orders.

I like the deal in theory, but I'm having trouble finding $50 of clothes I want to buy.

  • Response from [email protected] :

Purchases made online do qualify for the $50 voucher promotion, provided all other criteria are met. You will require your physical copy of the receipt that is provided when your goods are shipped in order to complete the form.

Purchases less than $50 do not qualify for the voucher. Please note that the $50 spent must be on the relevant product (at this current time, only Men’s Clothing is eligible).

Once a claim has been submitted, it takes 5 working days for your claim to be processed.

For further information, please see the full terms and conditions of the current promotion below:

    • $50 must be spent using cash or credit / debit card (i.e. you cannot have paid using a gift voucher / credit note)

    • You must apply for your free voucher by 23 December 2013.

    • The free voucher can be used at any Rivers Store (excluding the online shop).

    • Free voucher expires two months from issue date.

    • Note: Printed voucher value may change or voucher may be cancelled if goods are returned.

  • Any one received the money back (after claim) yet? Are they really respecting these claims or not?

  • Support a Toorak millionaire who profits from slave-labour manufacturing (allegedly) and has recently settled one of the SICKEST sexual harassment and intimidation claims (with 3 women) that I have ever seen?

    NO THANKS!

Just shop at Target - their stuff actually lasts longer, and the profits don't all go to one SICK PUPPY.

  • Hi Guys, has any one submitted the claim and received the money back?
