Just fluked looking at the "Australian" version of the app store and saw Splashtop was down from $5.40.

It is the free app of the day but I only noticed it just now. I know it has been free before, but since then, people may have converted to Android and need something like this.

          You need to install the Amazon App on your phone then browse your "purchased" apps on the Amazon App and install them to the device from there.

          If you want the free app of the day for both the US and AU every day, do you have to switch countries on a daily basis given you are using the same amazon account? Alternatively, you can use one account each for AU & US amazon.

    Follow the link to the AU appstore. I found I had to change my 1click address from USA to AU, then the purchase went through.

    The app itself lets you connect to your computer from the same network. If you want to connect from a different subnet or over the Internet you need to purchase a subscription.

      Do you have a credit card attached to your account? If not, use a dummy/test card number if you don't want a legit card on your account.
