    ALCATEL Onetouch Pixi Unlocked Smartphone

So it's unlocked by pixies ?

  • Ginger and 256mb ram?

256 MB RAM. Ugh. My first Android device (the Garmin-ASUS A50) ran 256 MB on Android Froyo 2.2.

The memories of running out of usable RAM, force closing apps, moving apps to SD card because of "insufficient storage space" popups are all coming back…

Only worth $10. $39 Huawei 201 is much better.

  • Astonishingly backward steps, from Ram to Res, to CPU to (v2.3), etc- would make not a bad submission .in.to.a : museum. C'est la vie 2010.
OTOH If you've picked up a mobile from a supermarket advertised special in the last 2 year, then you prob have something /markedly/ better.

Up-switch even to a powerhouse, X4/HD/1G ram then you got something can deliver for two+ years ahead. Feiteng H9500 (HTM) AUD $138.70 - are they geekb a trusted seller?

  • Shame about the terrible specs and old version of Android, I quite like the simple, plain form factor of this little phone…
