Plantronics Backbeat GO2 Bluetooth in-ear headphones+mic $88 Officeworks

100

Best price for a local store. They are available at this price in black or white.
I paid $99 a few months ago and think they are impressive. They are improved over the Backbeat GO with sweat resistance and longer operation times. They give their charge, pairing and other info via spoken statements. There is a handy android app which shows charge and pairing status on your phone. The bluetooth range is quite excellent from my iPad -probably up to 20m.

I have run with them in the rain, I have worn them in a plane, now you can do the same!

The reviews do a great job of summing up a highly functional bit of kit.

Having local warranty is worth the $4 difference IMHO.

  • Is this better than those aptx liked ds sportzbeatz and tenqa?

  • Would be perfect if noise cancelling too.

By design IEMs are noise cancelling headphones.

      • IEMs do muffle ambient sounds somewhat but noise cancelling is different I think. I have a cheap TDK noise cancelling earbuds (from previous bargain) that I use while mowing the lawn.

        • Yeah, IEMs are noise-isolating. Noise-cancelling requires circuitry to generate "antinoise" to cancel the noise.

different IEMs have different levels of isolation too. I had the first backbeat go and didn't find it very isolating.

  • I got these for $55.30 delivered from Mobileciti last week during their click frenzy deal, they usually have them for $79 plus post but they're showing as out of stock atm.

      Thanks for the post :P

  • got one, but just letting you know, for $11 more you can get the pouch and built in battery. I thought they would include a carry pouch in this$88 item. but i was wrong :(
