Wasn't sure whether to make a new post for this, but this is a damn good price for a great game. A few deals have promised it for about this price, but none of them seemed to be able to (or weren't available to us). It's currently on sale for $11.24US on Steam as a daily deal.

As mentioned as well, the GOTY edition is $13.60US - http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GXHIM2M/

There's no mention of it on Slickdeals either (which the original Amazon games deal linked to, so not sure when this ends?) http://slickdeals.net/permadeal/106582/amazon---amazons-pc-d…

As usual, US shipping address needed (choose a state without sales tax).

    Yeah, I've been trying all day to decide whether I should buy GOTY or just the main game. GOTY is $13.50 at a 66% discount.

      Oh damn, I just saw this.. Already bought the GOTY off of Steam. I've read good things about all the DLC bundled with it so I caved.

        Yeah, but there were problems with the offers over at GameFly. Region locked and to some of us Dishonored was showing "Not on Sale"

      For some weird reason I got GOTY for $8ish . I said $13.5 and then I selected my US address which added a -$5 promo. Awesome eh?

      GOTY for $8.5 no brainer IMHO.

    I think since they only just added Bethesda games on Amazon DVG they are all on sale, like wise not sure when it finishes, but there are some good deals there

    Do we really need to use a state without sales tax? There's only a handful of such states, and I've been using a NV address for kindle purchases and game deals like this, don't think I've ever been stung by extra tax?

      You don't necessarily have to, but what's the harm in saving money? Especially now with the AU$ going down, it'll be a double whammy if you have to also pay sales tax on top of it.

      I myself have a nice little place in Oregon state, unfortunately it's on the market for a while now, damn bank selling it from under me :-(

      Also cheers to bossmode for the spelling update, was using my iPad so didn't even notice it kept replacing 'Dishonored' with 'Dishonoured' :-P

      You don't have to play stealth. You'll have a good time still if you just carnage everything you see with no discretion.

      Watch the trailers. The game looks very impressive and a first rate bargain for the price.. but the game is a little too violent for my tastes.

        Too violent? It's an MA15+ video game where you play as an assassin. What would you expect?

    Thanks OP, couldn't resist at that price. Does this have to downloaded through Amazon or can obtain files elsewhere eg internode games which is unmetered?

      Just add the key to Steam and download it that way.

      Any Steam downloads off the Internode CDN are unmetered, but that's not to guarantee it'll be on there or that you'll download it off there. Majority of my Steam downloads have been unmetered, and that's without using any of the program's available that restrict you to just Node servers (although there is also the WAIX server which is unmetered as well for Node customers).

        I am pretty sure most Australian steam servers are unmetered for Internode, I use steam-limiter and haven't had any troubles for ages.

        The other bonus of downloading through OZ steam server is that it downloads at your full speed even when capped

          Use to be the case till earlier in the year when they introduced the CDN Steam servers. There aren't many other servers which aren't filtered any more in Australia.

          Unfortunately I'm downloading Payday 2 right now and barely managing 200KB/s, this is even off Node's CDN :-(

          Fair enough, will stick with Steam-limiter then, seems to do the trick.

          Between xbox live unmetered and Steam I usually do about 50-100GB of unmetered downloads a month without any troubles

          As an unlimited usage subscriber I try my damndest to hit as higher marks as I can. I've broken the 1TB mark a couple of times, lol.
