    I got mine yesterday. It's certainly very fast when booting up etc. we'll see how long that lasts. I'm new to windows 8.1 so I'm still getting used to it but I've noticed that it keeps forgetting my wireless network. Apparently this is an issue with windows rather than the PC.

        I've been playing a lot of Battlefield 3 on ultra settings and it's awesome. Having said that the auto-detect feature puts most things on about high and texture detail on ultra but I can't notice the difference in performance or even graphics at that level. I'm looking for a good price for BF4 now and can't wait to get in on it. I am a casual gamer though so obviously people who are more serious would be able to notice the difference.
        The wireless KB and mouse are nice although I noticed the mouse jumping a bit when gaming.
        Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

          I actually ordered mine on the 2nd as well, actually I think I crossed over midnight to 3/12. I did give dell a call after the first delay and the next morning my progress jumped to 'in transit' or something like that after being stuck for a while.

          I think it's quite odd that you haven't got yours.

      Got it yesterday before work (8am) and only got to have a play around with it yesterday afternoon for a few hours.

      Pretty happy with it so far! Chucked in a new SSD, installed winblows 7 and played a bit of BF4.. Pretty smoooth.

      ALSO, i note @ http://www.dell.com/au/p/xps-8700/pd the price now is $1,698.98!!!

      We did pretty good :)

    Does anyone find that once they reactivate the computer from sleep it fails to activate the monitor? I'm having this problem, though apparently it's another windows 8.1 thing :(
