As part of the Amazon Cyber Monday Deals, the class 10 Sandisk 32 gb micro sd card has received a large discount. Much better than the Aldi class 4 deal of $25.

For $3 extra shipping, get it with the Sansa Clip Zip which has been lowered to $29. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005FVNGRS

You may want to mention $24 is USD. AUD will be more.

  • That's USD $24. You can have the same card for AU$25.75 which is cheaper.

    • Yours comes up as $28.

        Sorry, wrong link.
This one is A$25.75 with faster speed 45MB/s, Samsung brand though.

        • This one doesnt have adaptor. your first link for $28 is correct.

        • Just use one of the adapters from your past purchases. I got like 8 sandisk adapters now.

The samsung is faster. I think I'd rather get that.

  • does anyone know if i could use this as additional storage to play movies and stuff for an ipad or iphone? or do i need one of those Wifi hand drives?

    • Not without additional equipment. Apple and their hatred for expandable storage….

      • It's not hatred per se.

It's just good business sense to not include it. If you can charge $100 for more storage and people are willing to pay it, why not?

Make the base model storage inadequate and it's free money.

New ipad mini 16GB to add an extra 16GB to it costs $120, which is even more expensive per GB than DDR RAM, although nowhere near as fast. But anyone who needs more storage will pay it because they have to.

If you add a card slot, you lose a lot in profits.

Think about it from the view of a shareholder. They're just running the company the way a smart owner would.

  • Not Bargain, the bargain price for that card should be around AUD 20

  • Unless you need a class 10 card, the Aldi one is arguably a better deal, as you get local warranty (and 60 days to return no questions asked). Not that many people actually need class 10.

    • Basically anyone who values their time needs one.. Unless you hoard large quantities of data, id be going for atleast a class 6. Class 4 is just too slow for frequent file transfers. Not to mention anyone who wants to take rapid photos or video needs a class 10…

    • If you record HD video, don't skimp on speed. You'll get frame skips.

  • Hi OP
Is the shipping free to Australia or US only?

    • US only unfortunately.

  • The Aldi card is not a deal at all. This ultra card even at $32 from MSY is a better deal.

Mobileciti is the best I found for the Ultra 32GB at $27.50 with pickup from Parramatta. Not sure what the delivery price is from them, but you could always price match at Officeworks.
