I've heard this game and app is amazing and very polished

If you love the board game, you will love the iOS game. Considering the board game and expansions would have cost me over $150, this is cheap!

I've owned this a couple of years on iOS, and it regularly brings me back for another game. Easily worth the $10 it cost me. They also keep adding the new expansions in (via IAP).

  Actually, the fact that they have implemented very few of the physically available expansions ould be my one minor gripe about an otherwise fantastic app. Still probably my favourite board game implementation on iPad. If you don't have it, buy it now! (imho)
