Samsung Galaxy Kids Tab 7" - The Good Guys Midland WA - $266 with Free Breville Slushie Maker

30

Was in The Good Guys in Midland W.A. on the weekend and bought the Samsung Galaxy Kids Tab 7" 8GB (SM-T2105GYAXSA). The in-store price was $266. (Cheapest JB Hi-Fi would do it for was $298)

Also comes with a bonus Breville (BSM300) Squeezy Freezy Slushie Maker which is priced at $90. (http://www.thegoodguys.com.au/buyonline/Breville_Squeezy_Fre…)

When I went to pay, the cashier handed me a bonus voucher where every purchase wins either a family pass to see the movie "Frozen" or "Disney Prizes" or a "$20 Good Guys Credit Voucher". Also go in the draw to win a trip to Disneyland.

great - make your kids fat and lazy with this combo!! :)

    • Your not wrong . Liquid used has to be high in sugar . ie coke zero will not work .
Cut and paste from product page : "How do you nake delicious slushies from fresh juice or any soft frink"
My suggestion would be to grab a glass of water .

  • but if kids used a normal tab 3, then they don't look silly. if we use theirs, it'll be freaking embarassing with the 'solid' colour choices…

    • The rugged case is removable, leaving you with a pretty standard looking Tab.

      • would it still be yellow?

        • Yeah, it's still yellow.

  • The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0" is exactly the same hardware, but just a different colour and without the case – it can go for as low as $200.

Basically you're paying $50-90 more for a yellow Tab 3 7.0" with a fitted silicone case and a bit of kids software.

    • I think its the kids interface you are paying for. If you want something that you can leave your kids with to safely use content then this is probably a decent option. The standard version does not have this.
