Eneloop Pack: Standard Charger + 4 White AA + 16x AA Rouge Battery + Free Shipping $50 @ DSE

320

Was perusing the DSE eBay store & came across this.

Since the single pack deal for $20 has expired this is currently the next best price atm.

Like previous deals, but this is just $10 more for a charger + 4 extra white AA's so 20 AA's total. No choice for UOMO colour unfortunately.

Same as this deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/125795

Enjoyz! :D

AAA Eneloop battery deals are rare.

An alternative, usually available: try Hobbyking's "Turnigy" brand of low-self-discharge NiMh batteries. Often favourably commented about here on ozbargain, a search for "turnigy" should find lots of comments. Rarely gets posted as a deal on ozbargain, because the price is never discounted, so it doesn't qualify as a "deal".

      Here's the link:
      http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idP…
Currently in stock in Hobbyking's Australian warehouse, AU$1.16 each plus delivery.
Note that hobbyking's "weight" for working out delivery charges is confusing and sometimes misleading, the best way is to add them to your cart to see the true weight. Also, it may be cheaper to purchase the batteries from the international warehouse in USD, shipping and conversion rates vary (as does the shipping delay). Currently US$0.99 in their international (HongKong) warehouse. Link to international warehouse is just above the price, currency selection at top of webpage.

They have AA batteries too, currently AU$1.73.

I have been using them for about a year now, have them in many remote controls, I find them very good.

      • Make sure they don't short supply you

  • I'm not a fan of this deal.. solely cause the charger is a POS

      Point Of Sale?

    • why are these chargers shit?

      • It's a very basic timed charger, not voltage curve monitoring.
It also charges in Pairs, not individually.
Ultimately, this will reduce the lifespan of the batteries.

For AAA's, HobbyKing Turnigy is your best bet.

I have them and they are cheaper and almost as good as Eneloop AAA's.

    Very happy with them.

I hope other Ozbargainers have had the same experience.

  • wheres the deal>? Clicked on it & can't find?

    • Click on the ebay link provided within the description and not on the "Go to Deal" link or the photo.
