FREEDELIVERY278 doesn't work in all states, when I rang into Coles Online customer care, there are specific targets segments for people who can apply this, so it's only applicable to a certain suburb/area. They stated that they may oll out other promo codes in other areas via email soon.
Freakycat: Doesnt seem they accept gift cards online, it's written on the back of your gift card where you can redeem it.
