      I disagree. In my experience the prices are cheap-grade but the stock is rubbish-grade. Therefore they're still poor value for money.

        Well, I've bought some wool winter gloves (in summer, just before I headed back to winter in Europe) for $10 that lasted the whole season and still look brand new. Also picked up 4 different colours of their jeans for about $15 each (special) which were better than 'ok'.

        I would guess they source their stuff from different manufacturers, or that there is at least some quality variation across the range, with some things being good, most probably being 'ok' and some stuff being crap. I doubt all the stuff is in the 'crap' grade, at least in my experience it isn't.

        My favourite, most comfortable walking shoes are a Rivers pair (6044MJOG) I bought in-store ~5 years ago. Sole wear aside, they're still like new.

    i can't vouch for their shoes or casual wear, but their line of basics are on point.

    their mens t-shirts are leaps ahead of basics from target/k-mart, and on-par (if not better) than Big W's in-house brand. substantial material and reinforced collar.

    their gym shorts do not look too bad either. my only complaint is that all of their stores reek of wood varnish

  Would be a good deal EXCEPT you can't use it on sale items. There's no way that $10 off $20 is good value for their full priced stuff.
