These are stellar earphones, they've been around for sometime making them a tried and tested model. Dunu build solid earphones, the DN12 is no exception, the main earphone body is made out of CNC'd metal, the speakers deliver a solid sound that can best most major brand earphones that sell for twice or more the normal price the DN12 go for.

    I have to admit I was blown away by the quality of the Brainwavs earphones I bought from the last mp4nation sale. So much polish and little touches that show a real commitment to quality, vs something like the Sony XBA sale where you get "$600" earphones with cables so fragile and thin you wouldn't even want to see them in a $2 alarm clock.

    I don't need more earphones but can't resist the deal on the R1s.

      Thank you for your compliments. Our Brainwavz team are always working on improving the line, we're always going back and looking at feedback to see what we're doing right and not so right. There are quite a lot of good things coming in 2014. There is a teaser of a new model that should be out sometime in March/April on the Brainwavz website (http://www.yourbrainwavz.com/). :)

        I like Brainwavs earphones except for the Multi-Function Single Button. The current ones click loudly, don't work half the time and don't have volume. They would be perfect earphones if they had a remote like the OEM Apple ones.

        Will you be revising the Multi-Function Single Button in 2014?

          Yes, to start with the new mic will be on one model, if everything works out well the in-house designed & developed remote+mic will be adapted to other existing models.
