Done, not going to download but at least 10 people will (hopefully) get a meal because I filled in a form.
I think from looking at the URL structure it only counts if you download. Signing up gets you the marketing from Vittoria. You could elect to not listen. But I think the T&C mentioned a cap on downloads so maybe only people who might listen should download.
correct - from the T&C There are a total of 1,000 Gifts available.
Either way 10,000 meals to people in need. A great thing and hopefully we see more artists do something like this.

It is plural - not possessive, not a contraction.
